Applications
- “SPEC” Triple Walled High Pressure Automatic Digital Autoclaves are most ideal for critical applications requiring assured and reliable total destruction of all living micro-organisms.
- These are automatic models requiring tighter control of temperature and sterilizing time, thus eliminating any chances of under or over exposure of media /samples with respect to temperature and hold time.
- Triple Walled High Pressure Vertical Autoclaves are used where Dry Sterilization is required.
FEATURES
- Sterilizing Chamber, Steam Jacket and outer chamber are made of stainless steel (SS-304 grade).
- Lid made of thick machined Stainless Steel Plate.
- Radial locking lid ensures user safety and safe locking.
- Lid is fitted with Pressure Gauge, Spring Loaded Safety Valve, Manual Exhaust Valve, Vaccum Breaker-cum-Purge Valve as a safety device and audio/visual electronic water level indicator on panel.
- Drain Valve facilitates easy cleaning of the chamber.
- Moulded jointless silicon rubber gasket.
- All internal joints are argon arc welded.
- Mounting Legs, lifting rod and pedal mechanisms are made of stainless steel(SS-202).

- Operating range from 15 to 30 psi pressure (adjustable).
- Dual Pt-100 sensor, enabling precise and accurate monitoring.
- Miniature Circuit Breaker for MAINS On/Off plus safety of control panel.
- Industrial grade energy efficient heaters reduces power bills drastically.
- Communication Port : As per our CSR policy we always encourage our customers to keep data in Digital Format for safe, secure, easy to access and environment friendly manner. With our RS-485 communication port you may save data to your existing computer and taken prints of the selected data instead of taking and managing prints of the whole data.
- To work on 430/440 Volts, 3 Phase AC supply.
